Grounding and Chakra Introduction 10,11 & 1
 
In this workshop I will be going over:
One of the three methods for grounding through the use of the chakra 11. 
Discussing chakras 10, 11 and 1 in order to familiarize yourself with their aspects of each and the imbalances, as well as showing their locations outside and within our body. 
The construction of a chakra.
How seeing through the 6th chakra & the pineal gland differs from seeing with our eyes. 
Covering the pelvic region, the occipital bone, the pineal gland and how Earth Energy moves into and through our body. 
How to sit in preparation for a guided meditation. 
 
There will be a 30 minute presentation and a 30 minute guided meditation. If you need more time during the meditation, you are welcome to stop and start the video at your pace. 
 
You will want to find a quiet place where you can sit with your feet flat on the floor where you will not be disturbed.
