This meditation will guide you through a technique of grounding and connecting to the Earth, as well as being supported by Universal Energy. 


It is approximately 16 minutes in length. 


You will want to find a place to lay down on the ground in a comfortable position. You can use a pillow, a blanket, yoga mat or whatever makes you comfortable. I recommend the floor rather than on your bed.
