As we move from our teen years into our twenties, we began to make choices for ourselves, where we want to live, what we want our lives to look like, we experiment with jobs, careers, education, we are figuring out who we are and setting the foundational work towards finding our soul purpose through experiences in the world and what we choose to surround ourselves with.
We may face challenges in our lives and our relationships each lesson bringing us closer to knowing ourselves. At the same time, we can make life altering shifts that can prohibit our growth and maturation. As we live within the materialist society, our perceptions can be easily clouded to false expectations, desires, constantly striving and pushing, rather than remaining open to all the experiences that occur in and around us.
We are working through are chakras but also including chakra eight moving closer to our spiritual destiny along the way. By age twenty-eight we are in our fourth rotation of our chakra system as we move closer to integrating chakra nine, our soul star. Here we begin to ask what is our life purpose on a deeper level, this will arise for the next seven years as we seek the information of why we are here and what we are meant to accomplish in the lifetime as a spirit and a soul. We seek our purpose, our drive and the desire to fulfill our destiny.
Between the ages of twenty-eight and thirty-five, we are all about seeking our life purpose. We may ask ourselves, “why are we here?”, “what is the meaning of life?”, “what is my unique skill for this lifetime” We are working with chakra nine looking for our soul purpose. This is a time, where we also get a sort of second chance to connect with our intuitive selves. We may experience clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, or other psychic abilities that are reminiscent of the energies we can faintly recognize being active as a child. It is a wake up call to incorporate the spiritual body into the physical, mental, and emotional states of being.

Midway through our thirties, as we are finding our purpose, this is where we land that career or job that fulfills us, choose to create a family and marry, we mold the life we desire to live through our life choices, where we choose to live and with who.
If we have given ourselves permission to explore in our twenties, our thirties are all about honing into our soul purpose, grabbing hold on our manifestation space and creating the life we choose.
From thirty-five to our early forties, we decide what serves us and what we can let go of. What negativities or challenges have we faced and how can we transform those experiences into positive outcomes. Perhaps what we thought we wanted in our early years has not served us, this is the time where we can take risks, decide to make big changes and transform ourselves before we hit our fifties. This is all about the eleventh chakras, connecting deeply to the earth and the experiences within our world, while simultaneously trusting that we are supported by the Universe as our manifestations unfold. Here we can live the life of our dreams, through creating our environments and moving towards our mastery of self.
As we move onward through our forties, we have the capacity of transmutation as we convert lower vibrational energy (negative energy) into a much higher vibration (positive energy), as we transform areas in our lives that still need adjusting. That may include character deficits, strengthening our financial foundation, letting go of a bad relationship that is no longer serving us, and taking the time to learn and grow in the aspects we know will nurture our spirit and soul.
Chakra twelve begins to open up as we mature beginning from age forty-nine into our mid-fifties. Here we awaken to that we are both physical and spiritual as we work towards wholeness, completeness. We have achieved our manifestations through hard work and determination; we have collected the wisdom needed to feel at peace and unified. We are grounded and connected to the earth, the cosmos, to all that is, as the ego diminishes and we hold our inner peace. Here you may find that you would also like to be of service to others, as your humanity and compassion merge into the physical realm. You have learned, mastered and accepted the outcomes of your life.
We are meant to receive information and experience the world that surrounds us. Each experience we hold in our lives is for our spirit and soul’s greatest good in this present life. As we give ourselves permission to prosper (this is not essentially monetarily but in our life experiences) and thrive, heal and clear our energy field. This experience continues as we age until our time of transitioning. This is part of the human experience to evolve through the cycles of the energy centers, to develop our tools, to be open to what life has to offer and to discern what serves us in this lifetime.
If we do not give ourselves permission to seek this information through experience, we become stuck in limitations, strong holds, limiting beliefs and may manifest itself in our physical body as ailments. We may question why our stomach is always upset and bothering us, perhaps we constantly seek medical advice, yet there is nothing the doctors can find. That is because the symptoms have been with us, layer after layer, creating a physical dis-ease in the body. You in actuality manifested an ailment within the physical body, so that you can target where your issues are located. The stomach for example is part of our solar plexus and affects our third chakra, which is all about our emotions, our will, our inner power and career. By tracing the physical ailment, you can locate the root of the problem, or at least figure out where to start.
By tracing your patterns, habits, limited beliefs and blocks you can first recognize what you have been avoiding or denying all along, even if it is in the subconscious. You want to unpack the baggage the weight of limited beliefs and strong.
As we age, many of us seek out answers to questions that we have held over the years. You may try to settle into your own space, working on the vibrational frequency of peace. Perhaps you give chakra healing a try to find out what you have been holding onto all these years, in a sense seeking to clear your karma, your limiting beliefs, that you have been holding onto for over thirty years.
Through energy work you are disassembling the pieces, the aspect of yourself in order to find the true essence of yourself. Who you were when you initially incarnated into this physical form, prior to any conditions or programming.
Once we recognize it, see it, and understand it we can heal it and release it. We do not have to wait to begin. The time is whenever you hear the calling and desire to fulfill that which you have held back in yourself. You will know when it is time. Until then, be patient with yourself, reflect on your path, your life choices and give yourself permission to have experiences that nurture the “you” that you are still becoming!
Stay in the present moment, embrace the life experience that is here with you now, release and let go!
