Connecting with Your Spirit Guides — Online Meditation Workshop Join me for a 1–2 hour live online meditation workshop designed to help you create a grounded, safe space for connecting with your Spirit Guides. During this guided experience, you’ll learn practical energetic tools to help you ground and center yourself, connect with your Spirit Guides, and protect your energetic portal so you can explore spiritual connection with greater confidence and clarity. Whether you’re new to working with Spirit Guides or looking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop will give you tools you can continue using on your own. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to: Ground and prepare your energetic space Connect with and recognize your Spirit Guides Open your spiritual portal with intention Protect and close your portal when your practice is complete Build greater trust in your own intuitive connection Length: Approximately 1–2 hours (If time allows we will share our experiences and with one another for those who wish to ask questions, or have comments.)
