Just because you can't see it...

Doesn't mean the chakras don't exist!

Before I started Energy Work myself I had issues with giving my energy away, taking things personally, as if they were being "done" to me, absorbing other peoples energy and much, much more.

It wasn't until I learned about the energy centers - aka chakras that there was a shift in my life. When we realize that we are composed of all the elements that make up this planet and this Universe, we can utilize the energy from these sources and so much more. Think about it, when you are angry, you are working with fire, when you are ungrounded (that sort of floating feeling) your head is in the clouds, when you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders you are utilizing stone and metal energies, the list goes on and on.

It is all about shifting your own energy to make it work for you! You are the Creator of your own life, so put yourself in the driver's seat of your Soul! By doing that your spirit can work it's magic!

When we learn that we can call all of our energy back to ourselves, no one has the right to "take" your energy! Then you will feel a wholeness, then you will be able to share your "whole self" with others, then you will have more energy than you know what to do with!
