Our programming began at a very early age, we come in knowing ourselves, social norms, like school and work, begin to mold us away from ourselves, until we WAKE UP!
The path to loving your authentic self doesn't have to be painful, look a certain a way, match someone else's criteria...you are the creator of your life, you can manifest your life, be the person steering your own boat! Not the cows following others, because they are accustom to receiving food on the other side of the fence!
