When these energy centers become blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical ailments, emotional difficulties, over-analyzing and a general sense of disconnection.


Each chakra is linked to specific colors, earth elements, and functions. For example, the root chakra, located at the base of the spine, is connected to feelings of security and stability, while the heart chakra, located in the chest, relates to love and compassion for ourselves and others. Balancing these energy centers helps to restore harmony and promote healing.

What is a Chakra Session?


A chakra session typically begins with an assessment of the client’s energy levels and any specific concerns, through their name which acts as a fingerprint. The practitioner will then pull a color in the individuals auric field for the reading color. The client will then be grounded for the session and seen as a symbol. Tricia uses a rose, placing the clients energy within the symbol to read where they currently are on their path.


During the session, common methods include:


  • Listening: Clients have the opportunity to listen to Tricia during their sessions. Occasionally, questions arise that often confirm where the client has been feeling blocked or isolated.


  • Reading: Particular details are communicated and addressed with the client to enhance awareness and encourage the flow of energy through the etheric and physical pathways as Tricia moves through the various energy centers.


  • Healing: Through the assistance of her guides, Tricia will heal the chakras, promoting a healthy spin for each energy center, fill any leaks within the auric field, and balance and align the energy bodies.


  • Next Steps: Guidance and ideas will be offered for the client. Meditations may be provided to assist the individual with their next steps moving forward. Tricia recommends at least two weeks between sessions, so that the client can absorb the healing, the information, and practice independantly from her.


Many practices are tailored to the individuals circumstances, ensuring a personalized experience. By the end of the session, clients typically feel a greater sense of calm, clarity, and empowerment.

Preparing for Your Chakra Session


To make the most of your chakra session, preparation is key. Here are some actionable steps:


  1. Set Intentions: Before your session, take a quiet moment to reflect on what you hope to achieve. Whether it's stress relief, emotional healing, or increased energy, having a clear intention helps to focus the session. You do not have to share this with Tricia.


  2. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water before your session can aid in the process of energy healing. Hydration helps to keep your energy flowing smoothly and allows you to absorb the information and healing more readily.


  3. Create a Calm Mindset:Come with an open mind and heart. Release any preconceived ideas and be prepared to engage in the healing process. Allow yourself sufficient time to reach Tricia's home. For Zoom and phone sessions, be ready at least five minutes before the scheduled time.


  4. Aftercare: Engaging in post-session practices such as journaling, gentle stretching, or even spending time in nature can enhance the benefits of your chakra session. Do not listen to the recordings for at least three days after the session, they are a tool only for future reflections. This enables the healing to be fully integrated into your system.
