I will walk you through the process in a way that you will understand and most often feel. Yes you will feel the energy shifting as we work through each energy center, that is the beauty of the the healing portion.
With time permitting I will share with you how to connect to the Earth Energy that can be accessed in order to keep you more grounded to the Earth, allowing you to stay more present in your daily life.
